Did you replace it with a genuine Dell or APC battery pack, or one of the aftermarket ones that say "you need to re-use your original cables and hardware"? If you replaced just the batteries themselves (as opposed to the complete RBC battery pack) you may have mis-wired something. That's one of the reasons (the other being no control over 3rd-party replacements) that APC recommends using official RBC packs.
If this is a genuine Dell or APC pack, did you remember to plug the battery cable fully into the UPS? On your UPS, this is probably a big yellow plug.
