I please need some help:
Fitted new batteries - however the Powerchute runtime calibration fails and the immediately shuts down the PC.
Device Status: Battery discharged
UPS Load 44.8 %
Runtime Remaining 0 Minutes
Battery Status
-------------
Battery Charge 100%
Battery Voltage 28.2V
Nothing that I tried over the last few days helps.
When I power a load at +/-40% load value, the UPS takes 30 minutes before it shuts down, this toi me indiactes this is a UPS Calibration issue and not a battery problem.

Dear Angela
Thank you for the quick reply.
Leigh (from support) provided me with the necessary info to do the reset earlier today.
I have done that and all is back to normal.
Thanks and Regards
Deon

So you were able to basically already do a manual runtime calibration already according to what I mention below?
Our manual runtime calibration procedure requires you to stop any PowerChute services, disconnect the serial or USB cable from the UPS, and then have a at least 30% load which does not fluctuate more than +/5% (which maybe you did already do this part some what) and then let it run down until it turns off and let it charge up. Is that what you did or what was different?
If it was that procedure already, technical support might be able to provide you with other instructions I cannot really post here but it would be a last resort if the calibration is done properly but not working.
