Hi,
we have a SmartUPS 1500XI connected via USB to a Windows 2003 R2 Server running PowerChute Business. Now we have a QNAP NAS that has a USV Support. I can set it up to listen to a server. Its called USV Network Slave Mode.
Can i set it up to listen to the PowerChute Server?
THX
Maik

you probably need to either connect it to USB (which is already connected to the server it seems) or get a network management card if network is an option. one UPS can only support one USB device at a time so the only other option would be to see if your NAS supports SNMP or an APC network management card.
