Good afternoon. During the firmware update of the APC SMT1500RMI2U UPS through the AP9631, the firmware did not become. Now the AP9631 does not see the UPS. When power is applied to the UPS, the fan starts to spin, but nothing is visible on the display, it is simply highlighted. On the examples of the front panel of the UPS, I do not observe in any way. A similar problem has already occurred when it was not possible to solve the problem of connecting the UPS via USB to the PC and firmware using the Smart-UPS Firmware Update Wizard, after which the UPS came to life. It is impossible to do this with UPS data, because. connecting to a PC, he does not see the UPS. How can I revive the UPS?

I recommend you re-flash the UPS firmware via a Serial or USB connection using the Firmware Upgrade Wizard application.
