How do you disable the green saver mode? I talked to support and they could not give me a straight answer and there is no option in standard or advanced mode to turn it off. Half of the outlets do not work even on full reset of device. Any thoughts on what I need to look for? TIA

Green Mode will be found under the Configuration menu. See page 17 of the users guide.

Hi @dblum007
To add to what Bill has suggested, I would also advise you to check if the UPS is running on the latest firmware by using the FAQ article below.
If you have a network management card (NMC) or PowerChute Business Edition (PCBE), these two can be used to disable the Green Mode feature of the UPS as far as I know.

Sorry. I attached the User's Guide for SMT1500RM2UC not the SMT1500RM2U. The SMT1500RM2U may not have the Green Mode feature.
As Jon wrote, verify the UPS is running the latest firmware. See Schneider Electric FAQ http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA279197
for the latest firmware.
If the UPS is running the latest firmware and you do not see the feature under Configuration - Green Mode then the UPS does not have the feature.
