ON BATTERY ALONE, THE UPS IS WORKING FINE. BUT WHEN I CONNECT THE AC POWER IT IS CUTTING AND SAYING BATTERY CHARGER EVENT AND ALARM COULD NOT BE CLEARED. PLEASE HELP

I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with our UPS.  Let me assist you on this matter.

Are you seeing a certain 3-digit code on the LCD?  If you do, please share it with us so that we can decode the fault.  It would also help if you have configured the network management card and downloaded the NMC debug file for us to see what's happening.
