I have APC-750 UPS monitored by PowerChute, and scheduled to run self-test every weekend. It's been several weeks keep sending a fail self-test message and need battery replacement. I have just replaced the battery couple of months ago. However, every time it send the fail self-test, I try to run the self-test manually, and it comes back to on-line. Any idea why is this happened or suggestion to make the message sends the right one? Thanks

Good day Ahar,
Aside from the message that you receive thru PowerChute, I would like to check if the UPS itself shows a solid red replace battery indicator? Also, have you tried changing the USB/Serial cable?
Was it replaced with a genuine APC battery as well?
