Hi,

i’m having some difficulties with my unit these past couple weeks

I keep getting a warning signal asking if a new battery has been installed,  also what’s more alarming is twice this week the unit shut down input power to the house. So I turned off the unit and turn it back on again and it worked fine. I did the internal diagnostic test and everything checks out OK. I also shut off input power to the UPS and it does operate as it should, but I don’t understand why I keep getting an alarm signal asking if I installed a new battery and why it shut off on me twice this week can you help?

You'll need to provide more technical information for a more accurate reply. Please upload the following screen captures and logs: Event, Data, UPS

Screen capture or take a photo of the following NMC, UPS which indicate the firmware of both. Provide a photo of the front and back of the unit, the battery cartridge which indicates the production date sticker and call out what is attached to the outputs of the UPS.
