APC Din Rail UPS SUA500PDR

The literature for this UPS references APC SmartSlot cards. I'm looking for a Modbus interface. The card listed AP9622 is shown as obsolete. Lots of the cards listed also show as obsolete. Is there a Modbus card for these units, or is the literature incorrect?

The following NMC have and support Modbus: AP9635 Legacy EOL, AP9643 currently available and supported.

You’ll need to contact APC Technical Support to confirm if either are compatible with the SUA500PDR UPS.

Ive only seen the standard AP9630, 9631, 9640, 9641 NMC installed in that specific unit so don’t see any problems with the Modbus version.

Regardless, highly suggest you engage APC before dishing a huge amount of finances on something that doesn’t work!
