AP9641 with firmware 1.3.3.1 will not upgrade (SRT1500XLA)
Hello! I have an AP9641 with firmware 1.3.3.1 in my SRT1500XLA that just won't upgrade to the latest firmware 2.3.1.1. I've tried every trick I've seen online and on these forums including disabling HTTPS and setting port speed to 100mbit.
I have seen some mention of intermediate firmwares that may allow a firmware update path that succeeds, but I don't see anywhere to download them.
As a side note, the firmware update tool is occasionally (but not every attempt to flash) indicating "Firmware distribution does not match target device platform, this could be due to a corrupt distribution."
I double checked I was using the correct Smart-UPS with AP9640/41/43 and re-downloaded the update.

So after continuing to mess around I got it to update by disabling HTTPS and enabling FTP in the network settings and doing the update over FTP. SCP was properly enabled but did not work at all.
