I don't think we post firmware for most three phase products because firmware must be updated by field service personnel. (There are exceptions.) The latest firmware you can use on AP9635 also often depends on the UPS firmware itself for 3ph UPSs. From what I see, the latest revision is AOS 5.2.1/chu application v5.1.2 but I recommend you contact your local support office to verify that and provide you with an update if it is requested.

Please see my note above. You have to check with your local support office as you may not be able to just update the AP9635 by itself.
