AP9631 Data Logging to USB Device

Hello all. I hope this is the right place to offer a suggestion for added capability to an existing product.

I'm a home/small business user who has a couple of APC SNMP management cards of varying ages installed in varying Smart-UPS products. One of these is an AP9631 Network Management Card 2. This card's firmware can log data to an external server via syslog or FTP, but I don't have either of those set up. What I'd like to be able to do is attach a cheap USB flash drive to the USB ports, and have the AP9631 offer the the option to rotate or store data and event logs to that device.

Might it be possible to have this capability added in a future firmware release?

I will log this as an enhancement request. Thanks for taking the time to write it up. I can't make any promises yet as to when and if it will be implemented but our development team will review it and comment as they review and prioritize all bugs, issues, enhancements, etc. There may be security concerns with doing this type of thing that we'd have to evaluate, i.e. password protect the logs or something.
