assuming you mean ambient temperature..

AP9631: .iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.apc.products.hardware.universalInputOutput.uioSensor.uioSensorStatusTable.uioSensorStatusEntry / .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1

take a look under that subtree for what you might need - you'll see an OID for F and C readings in addition to other sensor related items like sensor name, etc:

.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.5 - temp in F
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.6 - temp in C

AP9619: .iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.apc.products.hardware.environmentalMonitor.integrated.iemStatus.iemStatusProbesTable.iemStatusProbesEntry / .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1 is the main subtree to check for this card
