AP9630 previous firmware request

Currently, we upgrade the firmware of AP9630 to version 6.5.0 (date: 9-june-2017), after that our Network management server failed to recognize the associated UPS. May I request the previous aos version 6.2.0 (Date: 11-august-2014) for rollback?

would you please provide me the Version 6.2.0 to download? i need this.

Hi Bobby,

I would recommend going to APC.com and selecting your country.

Select the NMC AP9630 in the search field.

Then look through the list of downloads to ensure you have the correct download for the correct UPS. You will find all the downloads to be version 6.5.0 but have varying part numbers.

You must select the correct download for the correct UPS.
