I must have installed the wrong firmware version to the AP9630 so it is no longer able to see the SMT2200 that it is connected to. Where can I get the older firmware (4.0) to downgrade the firmware. I installed the 6.4 firmware.

Hi Vince,
4.0 sounds like the UPS firmware and 6.4 likely refers to 6.4.0 the NMC firmware.
Can you log into the AP9630 and show us what you see under About->Network screen?
You may have just accidentally installed firmware for a different model UPS on the AP9630 and I would like to confirm to make sure that is the case. Then, we can get you the right firmware.

Hi Vince,
OK, you have the right version now. The first one was 'sy' app which is for Symmetra models. You needed sumx for Smart-UPS (and Matrix) UPS models.
You are saying this was working previously?
Can you download the .tar file from About->Support for me to check?
Now that the firmware is correct, some things to try would be to reboot the NMC under Control->Network->Reset/Reboot->Reboot management interface.. but this already happens during a firmware upgrade. That is why I asked to see the event log and see the events in there that will be part of the .tar file I asked for.
You can also try unplugging the AP9630 from the UPS to power cycle it and plugging it back in a few seconds later. It is OK to do this while the UPS is on.
If none of that works and I don't see anything in the event log, then we may need to "braindead" the UPS and reset its communication bus but that will be the last step if I don't find anything else.
