Hi,
I've just got an SMT750IC to replace the old SUA750I that I had. I have an AP9630 from the SUA750I that multiple PCs use for monitoring the UPS (using NUT - Network UPS Tools). When I pulled out the AP9630 from the SUA750I and tried to put it in the SmartSlot of the SMT50IC the top plastic tab that sticks out of the back of the SmartSlot receptacle wasn't quite horizontally aligned with the slot in the AP9630 thus preventing it from being inserted.
I can't find anything that says the AP9630 isn't compatible with the SMT750IC (it just says that a SmartSlot is available for inserting management cards and, indeed, AP9630 are often listed as an accessory for the SMT750IC on retailers' sites).
Is the AP9630 compatible with the SMT750IC? If so have I got a bad receptacle, should I break off the plastic tab or what...?
Thanks,
Greg

Hello,
You should contact local Technical Support. They will provide you a different face plate that will allow the AP9630 to be install in the SMT750iC.
