AP9630 No UPS Found

Hi all,

it seems i have a very commond problem with my NMC2 AP9630
It cant communicate with my UPS

I already tried rebooting, FW Updates, Reset

I have the same UPS in another Room and there it works (same FW and Settings)

the only thing i did was take it out and plug it back in too reset the IP Settings

any ideas?

Try swapping the network cards to see if its a fault with the card or the UPS. If its the card, try upgrading the card firmware, download the upgrade file from the WEB, even if its the same version as your file might be corrupt.

By the way, unplugging the card only reboots the card. The configuration is still stored within the card.
