yep, as the title, I fxxx up with setting radius + local authentication.
now, if I using radius (windows AD), I get the normal user access only, that means I can't change any setting via my AD account.
but if I use apc (the default admin account), the UPS will process it like a radius account, not the local one!!!
so the apc user account can't login!
if anyone know how to fix this ?
if I reset the password via serial port, will the problem fixed? since I still using radius + local auth, I am not sure reset password will help.

Hi,
I suggest opening a telnet session and reset to defaults. You can chose to keep IP and then reboot the card. Once reset log back in and configured as needed.
