Hello,
I recently installed the AP9630 NMC on my UPS and tried to configure it for my network (a small office environment). But when I run the Device IP Confirguration Wizard (that correctly identifies the NMC), I enter the IP address (192.168.1.200), the Subnet Mask (255.255.255.0) but I cannot leave the Default Gateway to 0.0.0.0: the wizard doesn't let me proceed further unless I enter a nonzero address.
Where am I doing wrong?
Thanks.

hi alberto,
please tell me which version of the wizard you are using and where you got it from. you should be using version 3.0.3 from the apc.com website, which is the latest version. it is available under the software and firmware download page under software upgrades - wizards and configurators.
let me know if you already tried the new version. if not, please try it.
