Hello,
i am from germany and my english is not so good. Hope you can understand my questions.
I have bought a management card AP9630 at ebay. Now i want to get them work. But only the device ip configuration wizard find the card. After this the browser should start to connect with the card. This did not work. I have tried to reset the card several times, but i could not connect to the card by browser. With the serial cable i get an error, that the communication port could not be opend.
I have tried this (serial) with other pc's, no connect. I also tested it via network and the pc's, same as with the server.
So i did not know, what i did wrong. I need help to fix my problem. It would be great, if somebody could help me.
thx
aleyda

hello,
can you please specify the cable part number you used to connect via serial? it should be engraved on the cable connector.
can you also confirm the port settings you tried via terminal emulation with that cable?
