This might seem like a stupid question, i just cant seem to see where this is done from. I consulted the help and it says I should have an "add recipients" button, I do not. Im running firmware 715.3.D Any help is appreciated.

well the max is four recipients. how many do you have now? i can imagine the button is missing if you are at the max of four already.

Ahha! Thats it, we have four in there already. It really should tell you (max four) in this section somewhere. Thanks for the help!

what you provided is actually the UPS firmware and won't matter for this question.
in the web UI, you'll want to click on Administration->Notification (which is a sub section). then, you'll see on the left hand side an option to add your local email server and also a section for recipients. there is also a test option.
by default, when you add a recipient, they will get emails every 2 mins until that condition clears. if that is too many emails, then you can also go to the same menu and choose event actions by group or by event and manage frequency and intervals. select the groups or specific events you want to change the frequency on (or even explicitly disable) and then you use a little "wizard" to configure them.
hope this helps get you started 🙂

Right, we already have some recipients listed and working correctly im just unable to add new ones. Like I said there is supposed to be a button in the Administration>Notification>Email>recipients section in order to add new ones and its not there for some reason. Im kinda stumped.

you're right. maybe something like 4 of 4 email recipients configured. it does note it in the help file though.
