AP9619 -- what is the current firmware?

Hello!

I have a new AP9619.

It is running: AP9619 hardware rev A10 AOS ver 355 5/24/07

Is there an update?

Where do I get it?

Here is the copy of the K-base ID: 768 which addresses your question.

You need to determine which device you have the Web SNMP/Network Management Card installed in.

For example, if you have the Network Management Card installed in a UPS, you need to determine which UPS you have. APC offers different UPS families. These families are as follows:

Smart UPS/Matrix
Symmetra (Symmetra, Symmetra Rackmount, Symmetra LX)
Symmetra 3 phase (Symmetra PX)
Symmetra PX2 (Odin)

Select the correct UPS or device type. Next, go to the Network Management Card section on the software downloads page. A link to the software downloads page is below:

For example;If you have a Smart UPS 750 (SUA750), then you will choose:

Network Management Card v3.x.x firmware executable for Smart UPS and Matrix w/AP9617/8/9 installed

Network Management Cards with the SKU of AP9617, AP9618, or AP9619 use firmware 3.x.

The correct firmware for each platform must be used and they are not interchangeable.

Click on the download link on the left hand side of the page. Proceed through the menus and download the firmware executable.

Once you have the firmware downloaded, then you can proceed with the upgrade.

If you are still not able to find the correct firmware version, then please let us know the UPS model number in which you have installed the AP9619.

the latest firmware for this card is currently AOS 3.6.1 and APP 3.5.8 (sumx, sy, sy3p ->depending on your UPS type). there will be an update coming out in late november early september that will be available on apc.com in the software/firmware download section.
