After the upgrade when I tried to browse to the IP of the management card I get a blue background with this in a box in the middle:
Error: The application was not able to load.
You are attempting to access an APC device.
There was a problem loading the application. Please log in to the device via telnet
for more details.
I can Telnet to and log in, but I looked all over for "more details" but can't find anything. I'm using IE 11. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi. When you telnet in, what do you see on the top right of the screen? There should be an AOS and APP with their version numbers listed. If you just see an AOS, then there was likely a blip with the firmware upgrade.
Either way, most of the time, you just need to try the upgrade again and run it manually, like by FTP. Instructions are here below and you need to push AOS 3.7.3, let the NMC reboot, then push your application file and let it reboot.
if that doesn't work, FTP in and let me know what AOS number is written when you log in - it will say something like AOS 3.7.3 FTP server ready upon logging in.
