AP9619 hang when make reset!!

Dear Sir,

good day.

i face problem with AP9619 is installed before but with different user name and password as default when press reset and led make green and orange light hyper terminal is hang and not accept any access from me.

please advise.

Hi Rasha,

Pressing the reset button once only "warmstarts" or soft reboots the Network Management Card.
