PowerChute BE loses communication on wake from sleep
I'm running PowerChute Business Edition (Agent, I think; I reach it via a URL to 127.0.0.1.etc in my browser) on a Windows 7 PC connected via USB to the APC Smart-UPS C 1000. Life is good. Except that after putting the PC into Sleep mode, on returning from it the UPS has vanished from view of the software. The unit (normally "Smart-UPS C 1000") is now "Unknown", and the Event log shows "Communication lost" as of the moment of waking the PC. No events are listed when the PC enters Sleep or during the interval before waking. Rebooting brings it back into view of the PCBE software, even a warm boot without power-off, but logging out of Win 7 and back does not. This is not a major problem, but I wanted to mention it as something that might need to be fixed.
