I have a DLA2200RM2U 2u rack mount UPS and I bought a AP9617 management card for it. However the under the device manager menu there are no devices listed it is just blank.
The card currently has AOS v3.5.5 and SUMX v3.5.5.
I read that the app on the card is supposed to match the first three digits of the model number however I could not find one named DLA to match the UPS.
If anyone could help me shed some light on this it would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your help. I ended up reloading the firmware and that fixed the issue.

Hi,
"A-" in the stat section refers to the application file - the firmware file that tells the NMC what type of unit it is installed in - has failed to load for some reason. If the application does not load, you would still be able to connect to the NMC via telnet/FTP, and still be able to pull up a webpage from the IP address, but no information would be present. If this occurs, rebooting the card will cause the application to attempt to reload. If the issue is still not resolved, it may be necessary to reflash the firmware of the device.
See Knowledge Base document FA156047 for assistance with flashing the firmware.
