Devices connected are still online! And upgraded the PDU from version 7.0.6 to 7.0.8 still errors all the time!
Under about PDU outlet metering section gives no information and the load status is also empty???
Any help on further steps? or do i need to replace this unit?

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query. I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with our APC PDU, let's work on identifying the cause of it.
I understand that you are seeing communication lost messages on your PDU and that you have upgraded it to FW v7.0.8. Let us check first if you have the CAN bus terminator installed on the PDU itself.
Let's perform a visual inspection on the PDU and reseat the terminator if you have one. You may refer to the articles below to see where it should be installed and how does it look like.
If the procedures above do not resolve the problem, we can proceed and reseat the display module. If you have a spare PDU of the same type, we can swap a working display module into this PDU. Will you be able to provide the serial number of your PDU as well?
You may refer to the article below to guide you on how to re-seat/swap the display module. All loads must be disconnected and the PDU should be unplugged when doing this procedure.

I hope this helps.

Hi Jon,
Thanks for responding!
There is a terminator installed on the PDU can i remove it safe and put it back in without disconnecting the load?
A reboot of the network interface did not help!
And i dont have a spare PDU to swap the display module?
What is your advise?

Can you DM me the serial number of your PDU unit?
Also, the terminator can be reseated if we cannot really schedule downtime at the moment. Aside from powering down the PDU.
