The unit is still running, but the front display panel buttons wont do anything aside from beep when pressed. The display currently shows the main screen. The cable is plugged into the display port, however I am not sure where it runs to.

Did you have any power related events recently. This may have caused an issue with the motherboard of the unit. First I would try shutting down the power to the unit with the display unplugged, reapply power to the unit and give it 10min before attaching to the display. If the works your problem may be solve but only until the next power event. If this should happen again I would recommenmd a motherboard replacement. Please call into tech support to try and troubleshoot this unit over the phone so we can pin point the root causse fo this issue. (1-888-695-6500 option 2, option 2 and then option 2 again ans some from the cooling team wil be happy to assist you.
