Hi Guys,
We have an AP8653 that is reporting the following:
Rack PDU 1: Internal power supply #1 fault, under voltage.
Rack PDU 1: Communications lost.
Rack PDU 1: Component communications lost with Phase Meter.
I'm unable to check load status etc through the web interface. The actual LCD screen on the unit displays the input voltage/current and kWh readings as 0.
It is still successfully providing power to over 15 devices however. Does the unit have redundant power supplies, or is this possibly erroneous reporting?
There are 3 more critical errors as follows:
Rack PDU 1: Component communications lost with Outlet Board 3 Meter. Please verify that a terminator is inserted in either the In or Out port.
Rack PDU 1: Component communications lost with Outlet Board 2 Meter. Please verify that a terminator is inserted in either the In or Out port.
Rack PDU 1: Component communications lost with Outlet Board 1 Meter. Please verify that a terminator is inserted in either the In or Out port.
There is a known good terminator in the OUT port at the moment, it has also been tried in the IN port. Would you say that these errors are related and possibly point to a faulty management module? Is there anything I can try to work around this?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, this looks like a legitimate power supply fault causing these problems (based on what you shared) which will require replacement - either under warranty or not.
