We have a large quanty of these ATS's installed in remote locations, what I have noticed is that it seems that if the load on the ATS is less than 1amp total the logs show 0.0 load is this correct?
If this is true than it makes it hard to check if there is anything connected to the STS.
I have attached the logs from two different ATS's the first showing 0.0amps and the second showing 1.7aps load. My question is if the unit can show 1.7amps why can't it show for example 0.6amps load?
Thanks
Phil.

Hi Phil,
Yes, this is true. The 7-segment LCD can only show whole numbers so it won't display anything below an amp. Furthermore, the Rack ATS units are essentially the same metering hardware as the AP7XXX Rack PDUs and the metering accuracy is outlined here for them -> http://www.schneider-electric.com/support/index?page=content&country=US〈=en&id=FA156074
So between accuracy and inability to measure below 1A super accurately, you can see 0.0. I believe there may also be something in the firmware that squelches any readings below 1A even if it did see 0.6A.
