Hello,
I got Smart-UPS RT 7500 RM XL, it did self test passed, but I got follow email said:
Critical - UPS: A battery charger fault exists.
Informational - UPS: A battery charger fault no longer exists.
Is there any thing wrong, what should I do?

Hi Jack -
In that case, the message is likely erroneous. If it were a true charger fault the fault light would be lit on the UPS and the condition would not reset. You might want to check on the age of your batteries. If they are older than 3 or 4 years they are due for replacement. This particular UPS is at least 10 years old and would be at the outer end of its lifecycle.

Hi Jack -
Is the fault light lit on the UPS or are these messages only showing in the Network Management Card logs?
Liam
