Hi,
We recently purchased and installed a 2017 Smart-UPS X 3000 on September 9th. On September 13th, there was a power blip according to the site where power cut out for a couple of minutes. When power was restored, the UPS now shows "A Battery Bus soft start error exists.

Will a firmware update resolve this issue? Is there any risk involved with updating the firmware? (IE: Firmware update causes UPS to reboot and UPS doesn't recognize the battery, so it shuts off the outlet groups causing an outage to the site...)
