2753 error during un-install Powerchute personal editon 3.0.2

I recently encounter this problem during un-install Powerchute personal editon 3.0.2

I tried to remove it manually with this page http://www.schneider-electric.us/en/faqs/FA159949/.

but it seam's not work, is there anyone have good solution on this?

Hi,

If the uninstaller will not run you should follow the instructions in Knowledge Base document FA159949. If you are still having an issue after follow FA159949 you should reopen the registry and verify all of the components have been removed properly a that the PowerChute folder has been removed from the C drive.
