I've been testing configurations on my 1500RM units. We've pulled power on the unit and let it drain the battery to the point the unit shuts down. When we apply power back to the unit, it does not start back up. We have to manually start it or start via the management card. Attached is the config.ini file. Please let me know if there's any other info I can provide.
Thank you!

i think i see the problem.
under the Smart UPS/Matrix section, you have:
ReturnBatteryCapacity=45
ReturnDelay=60
return battery capacity=45 means the UPS is going to charge up to 45% before it turns back on and then it will apply the return delay of 60 seconds as well.
so, I assume you did not wait for the UPS to charge back up to 45% + 60 seconds to see if it turned back on? this setting (return batt capacity) is good to set if you want it so that the UPS has some capacity/runtime before it turns everything back on and then potentially AC power is lost again.
