This morning, I received a notification that my UPS performed a warmstart. This is the first time this has happened and I have attempted to review the knowledgebase and other articles, but each time to click on the link to the support article, I am asked for the model of my UPS and then it just goes to the main support page. I have not been able to really read anything useful, so I must post in here to see if someone can assist me.
Here is some information regarding my unit:
11/19/2012 06:31:14 Environment: Restored the local network management interface-to-integrated Environmental Monitor Input T Sensor (Int Sensor at Int Sensor Loc) communication.
11/19/2012 06:30:23 UPS: Restored the local network management interface-to-UPS communication.
11/19/2012 06:25:33 UPS: Passed a self-test.
11/19/2012 06:25:17 UPS: Started a self-test.

I've also attached my config.ini, event.txt and data.txt.
I would just like to be able to figure out what could have caused the warmstart and if there is a problem that I need to fix.
Many thanks!
Connie

is this the site you were researching? http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/
if not, please see if you can search for FA156063 there to review the knowledge base article on this topic.
looking at your logs, i would not be too concerned. it does not mean the UPS rebooted, only the network management card interface. the NMC generally does this as a failsafe to clear up any issues it might detect (i.e. if it cannot ping its default gateway). as long as it is not happening constantly/repeatedly, i would not worry.
