1500 VA Flashing Display

Dear all,

            Smart UPS SUA 1500 VA,

When I start-up UPS on battery’s UPS working Normal all Operations.
When I give it In-put AC Power UPS six lights Flashing, These Six lights are  (Low utility Voltage,
High utility voltage, Onutility operation) and  (Over load, On battery’s operation, Replace Battery’s).. Please
give me solution.

Are all 6 LED's flashing in unison, or do they flash in a pattern? Also, are there any tones while the LED's are flashing?

Sir,

No tones sound only six lightes blinking and unit out-put Off, if i restsrt unit on Batt its working normal, only input Given unit still problam six lights blinking. Any APC guru please give me solution...

According to APC posting records and my own past experience, when all six LEDs are flashing and the UPS won't come online with normal AC input power that indicates a hardware fault - likely  a welded relay (relay with contacts internally fused together from overcurrent damage). The fact that it will start up from battery and at least do DC to AC conversion on the output side suggests that it is an input switching relay at fault or possibly tap switching relay (AVR). If you have a network card installed and are able to post the 'event.txt'  and 'data.txt' logs we can comment further.

Yes, this sounds like AVR Relay weld fault with center 6 LEDs flashing and no tones.
