Howdy.
We've had this unit running fine for about three years. Recently, it started warning about batteries failing. Figuring it was about 'that time', we've ordered and replaced the batteries in the unit.
The unit will now not take up. It constantly reports "at least one faulty battery exists, battery fault exists". these batteries are brand new, and appear to be in relatively good shape (though that doesn't mean that they're good). The unit indicates that it has no charge, it's not trying to charge any of the other batteries. It's showing 0 runtime in the event of failure. We've been running it in bypass for about a week now in the hopes that it will charge, but it appears to be doing nothing.
Is there an easy way to identify which battery is faulty? I can't disrupt the load on the unit with a reboot, but I'd really love to see this thing get squared away.
Also note, during this maintenance, we took the opportunity to update to 6.1.1 on the NMC.
Attached is our config.ini, data, and events. Username scrubbed to protect the innocent.
Thanks for your time and any help you can offer.
Respectfully,
- Abe

Hello,
The event log doesn't help too much because it is spammed with "Could not mail" - do you know why that is and could it be addressed to allow some other events to generate? If you can't, can you get me a screenshot of where you're seeing all that information and 0% charge? Or is it just 0 minutes runtime but 100% capacity? The battery voltage looks good too.
The data log shows me 100% battery capacity and good battery voltage so that is strange versus what you described..
