You can generate an Audit Trail report that lists actions recorded in the application, whether those actions were in response to work orders, or changes made to the data center model.
The Audit Trail report is available from Analytics > Reports. It can also be generated for individual components and racks in Operations > Data Center.
Right-click a component or rack in the layout, select Reports and then select Asset Audit.
