IT Expert Administrators can grant partners full Administrator access to their organization to allow their partners to manage their organization including:
Once your customer allows you access as an IT Expert Administrator, you'll see a link to the Administration tab in the Settings menu when you launch IT Expert to view a customer's organization.
Log in to EcoStruxure IT for Partners and select a customer. Click Actions > Launch IT Expert.

EcoStruxure IT mobile app for partners
Partners can log in to the EcoStruxure IT mobile app to view and manage customers' organizations.
