TAC INET LANMon might not be that widely spread, but for the few who actually uses it, this tool might come in handy.
Thanks to Robert Andriolo for the suggestion
In SBO you can log the INET communication to the trace log through the nsp.pin.inet.IoPort module, given that you're using the INET USB interface. This tool will also be able to parse a trace log containing that information.

That is awesome Benji. Now the LANMON file is no longer Mars words to me. Thanks!

Now, that's another story
You first need a LANmon capture (can be a problem in itself), and then you need to know what you're looking for.
Refer to TCON310 or this Search - The Exchange

Thank you for responding. I already captured the data using the LANmon software and have the .txt file. I recorded an hour worth of data and converted it over using the LanMon decoder.

I see the error, but how do I figure out which controller it is?

Based on the token pass I would say 30 or 31, but it's really more about the bus. Also, it would help to know what your actual issue is. Just one frame too short package should not be an issue. Might be it's something we already have a fix for.
You should send a case to PSS stating what your issue is and attach the capture. I know of at least two guys that have some experience in analyzing these.

One thing you can do is have a look at the Communication Statistics (menu item top left), and see if any points are indicating a non-zero "Non-Response" percentage. These are the points / controllers to start looking at.
Once you have identified which points or controllers are having problems apart from the electrical side of RS485, as discussed in Article #5727 | The Exchange Knowledgebase some of the software items you can look at are discussed in Article #5490 | The Exchange Knowledgebase.
But as Benji mentioned you can also send in the details to PSS with what you are experiencing and we can take a look.
