I need Modbus Scripting manuals or resources in order to be able to read and write to Modbus registers.

Please anyone has resources or documents in order to understand the process of communication.

but why not using profile instead of script? you can see how to build it also in the manual.

IC_Systems is fully right ... the most easiest way is to use a dedicated profile for the device you want to integrate.
Which device you want to integrate? Maybe the profile is already there.

I am using diakin modbus interface EKMBDXB to control diakin VRV HVAC Units(://www.daikin.eu/en_us/products/product.html/EKMBDXB.html)i searched alot to find profile for this units
