Gree Gateway modbus - Wiser connectivity

Dears
I'm trying to connect Modbus gateway from GREE  ME50-00/EG(M) to control HVAC system via Wiser for KNX (LSS100100), but couldn't read the values, it always give me invalid CRC i tried to connect to AS-p and and everything worked normally, 
the data as following : 
baud rate: 9600bps; standard: RS485;  Address = 2 

What is the problem ?

Would it be possible to share a tiny video of your connection and some pictures of your configuration/error message?
This would help to get a better understanding of your problem.
