wiser KNX App notes

Hello Dears,

I have some notes regarding the new Wiser KNK app 

I am using it right now in our office on a SL controller.

I added a new floor (so I have two floors) in the Touch config and its appear and work in the touch, but on the app it didn't appear at all!
how the app control building with floors, and how its looks like in the app?

I try the alarms/notifications but its only appears when open the app its didn't send a notification on my phone! how to make it appear on the phone notifications?

Topic Floors
The handling of floors is not yet implemented into the app. It is already part of the backlog but I cant tell you currently when this feature will be ready to use.
Proposal a:
You adjust the rooms bar so that you have rooms, which you control more frequently, on quick access.
Proposal b:
You give rooms a floor shortcut like Bathroom GF, Bathroom UF.
But I fully agree with you, I miss that feature at home as well.

Topic alarms/notifications
I just tried it on my side (iOS) and it works even when I switch off/close the app completely.

Did you just activated alarms or did you went also to the devices setting to enable the alarms/notifications for the needed devices?

Thank you for your effort, 

Good to hear that notifications/Alarms working from your side, I am using Android I built an automation to trigger notification when lamp status changed to true, I set automation triggered to true in Notifications/Devices!

I don't know If I missed something, but what is the purpose of (Devices in the notifications settings) and how to set it correctly.

Regarding Floors topic, do you have a date when it will be available while its a basic feature in a smart home app!

Hmm, thats strange. I did the same task as you by doing the following steps:
1. I created a testlight and an automation which should act when testlight goes on.
"Wenn" in German means "If" in english.
2. Under "Wann" in German means "When" in english you define the timeperiod where the automation should work. In my case ... all day.

3. "Dann" in German means "Then" in english. I selected to sent a notification.

4. "Speichern" means "Save" the automation.

5. I went to the TouchVisu and switched the test light ON.

6. The dedicated notification comes directly.

Please compare the steps I did with your setup. Maybe you didnt selected the "Then" time period.

When I add action in "Then"  I can only sellect automation triggered from the Alarm, while If I select for example Window/Door Open.

does it depend on the object Data Type?

While for now I just have notification in the app no mobile notification received!

No, the datatype is so to say proved by the creation of the widget within Touch Configurator.

As you have already a message within the Message-Center .. you should have received also a dedicated message on your mobile?!

Did you agreed to get messages while you installed the App? Maybe Messages are deactivated?!

Dear team,

 We are integrating VRV with the Lss100100,when we sending command its it working 4-5 times only on/off commands only ,after 3-5 time wiser not sanding the wiser to VRV Modbus. Also attached .json file, in the error logo error is read failed :operation time out.please Check and revert.

Reading this past post, to let you know that in one of the latest releases we have now added the option to enable the 2-level navigation (Floors and rooms). To enable it, you must access Settings>Floors & Rooms>Show Floors Level.

The mobile App supports most of the available Widgets from Touch visualization. You can filter the Widgets that are supported in the App:

Now, linked to Tunable Lights, we have RGB and RGBW Widgets, but not a direct CCT tunable White Widget.

What is the other option for the direct CCT, We have one Big project which is around 1100nos LSS100100(wiser KNX) in the Year 25-26,if have any other way to control please update us.
