Hi colleagues,
I have a problem with a mtn6212-03. On screen it shows "APL" and I'm not able to download application via ETS5.7.4 on it? I tested all .KNXPROD and .VD files on it, but they didn't work. Is there the same problem for others? Does it have a solution?

Hello NAEIM,
"APL" on the display indicates that a previous loaded application program has been unloaded from the device, as also shown in the ETS download history.
Have you tried to use a different Bus interface?
I honestly don't remember if those devices need a plugin or not.
Maybe you can try to enable the "compatibility" mode in the general settings of ETS and then try to download the application program again.

Thanks for your attention. I've tried all downloads when compatibility mode was enabled, unfortunately I had the problem again. for these devices I didn't find the plugin and I think they don't have any. I'm trying to find the solution as soon and then share it here.

Can you please perform ETS device info to see what application is in the device? Is it a new product that shows this behaviour or has it been working before? If latter: do you know what actions had been performed with it?
MTN6212-03xx is not using a plug-in as Cristiano thought. No need to program it in compatbility mode.
