How to use 5500PACA as a RS-232 interface?
Hello everyone,
Who has used the 5500PACA(attention: not 5500PC) as a RS-232 interface to receive a command (like On/Off or a serial of number) from a third device and to control a lighting to On/Off in the C-bus network?
If a Logic must be created in the PICED, how to write the logic? I need the detailed descriptions.
Thanks a lot.

Hi, I would suggest most people on this global SE forum will not have experience with that product and its Pascal logic engine.
You will need an additional 24Vac power supply to use the RS232 ports on it.
I suggest you register for the non SE forum site and search for the existing RS232 threads for 5500PACA.
