What to do if the password has been lost?

Also you can contact local customer care and they can share the master password.

In addition, regarding the password, it depends if it is the configuration password or the cybersecurity password. The example above is talking about configuration password, in this case only service are able to come and reinitialise the Drive. If the cybersecurity password is lost, the solution is to go in keypad menu, you will find in communication part a password given on keypad (we consider that for cybersecurity, if you are in front of the product, you are "safe", then able to reset manually the password). Previous case with configuration password is not the same.
