ATV630D11N4 Ethernet/IP DTM partially working

Hi,

I'm trying to control an ATV630D11N4 through ethernet/IP.

The exchanged structure in partially working: Some of the exchanged words are not correctly read/write from/to the drive (highlighted in yellow in the joined DTM.PNG file).

Those variables has been working twice but as soon as I change the DTM configugation it's gone again.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Damien

Dear Damienc , it seems that you are losing the IO scanner configuration in the drive , so you are exchanging with the PLC only the 2 registers (input and output) that come by default in the DTM . Why is the IO scanner configuration lost? it is something that needs further analysis .  Could you check with the webserver what is the IO scanner config?  I recommend to you to reach SE local customer care center,  this case needs some additional test in combination with SE PLCs.  Please try to have following information SoMove conf, PLC conf ,  speed, network architecture , FW and DTM version  and any additional relevant information . Thank you
