Hello,
This is a ground Short Circuit fault.
Recheck all the motor parameters. Check all the cables connecting the drive to the motor, and the motor insulation. Reduce the switching frequency. Check the adjustment of speed loop and/or brake, if applicable. Increase the Time to Restart ( ttr parameter in Set menu) - if there is a brake? Disconnect the motor leads and then turn off the OPL and try to run the drive open circuit and see if it still faults. If it does, the drive appears to be inoperative

In addition to all, regarding Drives faults, I would advise you to have a look inside the programming manual, there are some slight explanation of possible cause and remedy
