ATV 930 & ATV 71 Prfibus problem

I have a problem when connecting ATV 930 with ATV 71 on the same Siemens Profibus network.

profibus network contains PLC, remote IO, and three ATV 71 with Profibus module (VW3A3E307), when we replace one of ATV 71 with a new one ATV 930 with Profibus module (VW3A3607) the other two ATV 71 goes to communication fault, and the other devices on the network and ATV 930 working well.

can any one help.

Hi ELahmady : this topic needs deeper analysis , Please i recommend to you to contact local customer care center with the following information . SoMove configuration for ATV71 and ATV930 , FW version for drives and cards , Network architecture ,terminator line used or not , PLC conf network :speed , etc. I have discussed with Global help desk and we did not detect any issue before when combining ATV71 and ATV930 in the same network.
