I had my SmartConnector set and was running fine until yesterday.
It was running fine for months.
Now, I can't get any data and I don't know why.
1. I can login to SmartConnector fine
2. I can start/stop SOAP REST Provider in Endpoint Configuration fine
3. I can access http://<ServerName>/swagger/ui/index fine
4. I can login to http://<ServerName>/swagger/ui/index fine
But when I try to retrieve any values everything returns "not found".
I have different SmartConnector/SBO running on different machine as a test box and that's working fine.
I don't see any difference in 2 servers and the fact that it was working fine until yesterday doesn't make sense why it suddenly stops working.
There is no error and I just get "not found".
I rebooted the server/services but none of it worked.
I don't know if this matters but...the recent changes I made on this machine are...
1. Updated DNS name to IP in ES - 1 week ago
2. Updated virtual machine RAM size - 2 days ago
Can somebody help please?
It's affecting our HVAC on 3 sites.

An update to this problem!
I was able to work with Mayumi on determining the cause of this, and it came down to that the SBO password had expired.
Apparently, when an SBO password expires, it shows itself in a very weird way via EWS. It doesn't give the real error.. just an 'INVALID_ID' response.
This had nothing to do with the SmartConnector REST provider.

-Jeff

Hi Mayumi,
Are you still getting a 'Not Found' if you go to the :http://<ServerName>/swagger/ui/index page, then log in and then go to 'Root' and click 'Try it out!'?
If you updated your DNS name in the ES, did you also update your REST endpoint's 'Server Address' (Under HTTP Configuration) to match?
Also, maybe the logs could shed some light into what is going on here. Can you turn on 'Rest Serve' and 'Ews Client' logging and set the log level to 'Trace'. Then send some requests, and then either add the log here or send it to me via email. I would be happy to take a look at it.
Regards,
-Jeff
